  The owner of this company is a good man. At this point he's probably sent hundreds of young men back to school for the 4 year electrical apprenticeship and payed for most of it if not all. He noticed that I was a loyal hardworking smart young man and he not only drove me to better myself but he personally helped me (and many others) study electrical code which gave me the knowledge and the confidence to pass my journeyman electrical exam and become a licensed electrician. In my opinion any one who exhibits quality's of a good worker will get treated well in this company.

  They hire special needs people straight from high school and then don’t even give them a chance. 3 weeks then kick them to the curb. Why even hire special needs if you treat them that way?

  Company threaten to fire me because I didn’t want to work overtime. This was in snow hill, nc. Outta respect not going to name the supervisor.
