  Watts electric is full of benefits such as the potential for growth. You get back what you put into a job. There is a wide variety of different jobs you do so it is perfect for those who don’t like doing the exact thing day in and day out. They have very competitive pay ranges with generous raises. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. They have a great benefit package including Health, dental, vision, and matching 401k. As a family owned business you couldn’t you couldn’t find a better electrical contractor company to work for. They are very focused on their employees and show appreciation to their employees for the hard work and dedication that is put in. As they continue to expand, it still does not feel like a typical corporation job. They develop personal relationship with their employees.

  If you don’t want to have A personal life after work, this is a great job for you. Theres a reason why they burn through so many employees. You work sun up to sun down. Sometimes you even work through the weekends with no days off. Corporate doesn’t care about well being of the linemen crew. People with kids and wives only get to see their family once a week.

  Our normal schedules do not include weekends. Lineman work either a 4 day week or partial day Friday. Yes we do work sun up to sun down for 4 days. The employees would rather be earning money vs. sitting in a hotel room. If they have to be away from their families they want to be pulling in large amounts of money. Watts is very upfront with all applicants that we work a 50 - 60 hour week. Watts has the best Lineman in the industry - it isn't for everyone.

  Written as a collective from some of the current employees and myself as a new employee at Watts Electric Company: We like the generous wages, 40 hours plus overtime, a very nice per diem when traveling to work more than 60 miles, work outdoors, friendly crews and reasonable Foreman. We like the opportunity to operate heavy equipment, drive truck, build and learn new things, work with power and hand tools, be apart of a team and actually see the project come to full completion.
