  There's this women that works there I believe her name is Alma and let's say she's by far the rudest person I've met in my life I called in thinking I could obtain some information about a circuit for my home thinking this a smaller company that provides better service than these other main retailers well I wasn't sure why she was answering me like I was some kind of idiot I felt ashamed and didn't even want to call any other electrical company so I just took the high road and went with a major company probably paid way more but oh well I wouldn't call here again I'm sorry...This was so embarrassing
