  update::::: i was completly refunded my money therefor i would like to say at least they did the right thing! i was charged $35 an hour per man (2 men) plus $2 per mile travel fee ( from orrville ohio to dalton ohio) after an hour of checking my breaker box, outside breaker and water heater, i got no reasonable answer to why my electric keeps turning on and off. half the time i swear most of the time was wasted standing around questioning what could be wrong, or why things were doing what they were doing. now like i said, no work was being done beside checking voltage to the breakers. and checking voltage to the water heater. it took 2 men 1 hour to check those few things and i got charged $98 for their service. the next day i called a new electeician. he charges $40 an hour. he came out himself, did the exact same thing and didnt charge me anything at all because in his words " he didnt do anything" he then came back an hour later when the electric went off and swapped out some of the breakers to try to have more options for electeic when one of the legs went out. i then paid him $40 for him doing some work. today i called a different electrician out of massillon who doesnt charge anything for coming out to look over the system, they just charge for work. your company charged me alot for nothing being done. i could of used that $98 to pay a real electrician to do the work that needs done. thank you for your service. it really taught me a lesson!! ***** just to update, i had a non electrician come in and he cleaned off both ends of my neutral wire and now the electric isnt kicking off!!

  They have come out numerous times even when it was 30 below windchill factor and redid my heat tapes on my house trailer so our family could have water and not let the pipes freeze. I would do business with them again!
