  Kept to his estimate, was not scared off by my Rotweiler, didn't mind trudging through the deep snow to get to our awkwardly accessed panel, and explained in great detail what he saw and why we had a problem, ended patching a leak from the wire lead in on the roof for free which was the source of the water problem that corroded our box and why it needed replacing, and followed up on his work to make sure everything was okay. Got the work done as soon as he could as he put our safety first. Definitely hire him again.
