  West Nevada Electric was a sub contractor on our new construction. Although the individuals that work on the construction site were friendly there was a real problem in actually getting the worker to the site and getting them to follow up. I was grateful that my contractor was on top of all the issues that came up. At the end of the job they installed 3 identical fans. Two fan were fine and the third has a wobble. When I followed up with this issue, Rory of West Nevada Electric was condescending and his attitude was this is "not his problem" - first response was "Inexpensive fans are not balanced very well" [before we bought the fans we checked with his electricians] , second response was not our problem because they were installing in pre-existing housing (nope, this was new construction and they did the housing) and the finally response was "this is a blade issue and not an installing issue". Could this been dealt with in a more professional and service oriented manner? Of course. Upon installation, we could have been informed that there was a wobble and they could have tried to balance the blades or told us up front that this was not something they did. If possible, I recommend going with another company

  Rory was great and got us taken care of the day before Thanksgiving. We had a fire that wrecked the breaker and it needed special ordering. Rory worked with us to make sure we had power before Thanksgiving, which was a real pain scheduling with NV Energy. Thanks for the help!
