  Hampton, VA - We used West Shore Homes to replace our 1996 builders grade bathtub/shower combo. Mike C. and Bruce K. were on time, professional, courteous and timely with the process. We were also pleased with the Design Consultant, Joseph D. and scheduling team throughout this process. The demo was very quick. They communicated a small issue that they were able to resolve. We appreciated them keeping us informed. The team was on a mission and our job was professionally completed within 8 hours. I'd highly recommend this company. They are true to their word and their commercial. VERY PLEASED.

  West Shore Home recently installed a new bath in our guest bathroom. Tiffany was wonderful to work with when she gave us an estimate, and she made deciding on the details (wall material, tub height, door vs rod, fixtures) easy and stress-free! Ty & Ivan did an excellent job with the installation. They arrived on time and we're very careful to bring things into & out of the house not to damage anything. I appreciate their attention to detail and care in the installation of the shower & fixings. They cleaned up everything so well that you wouldn't have known that they were there! They also made sure everything was to my satisfaction before they left. I am very pleased with West Shore Home, and I absolutely love the shower.

  Brian, Larry, and Xavier remodeled our shower on Dec. 27, 2021, putting in a new walk-in shower. They did it in one day, finishing by 5:00pm, and did an excellent job. They worked very well together and showed us the shower at various stages of the remodel. We have used it several times now and are completely satisfied with our new shower and the work they did. We give them 5 stars!!
