  West Sound Electric is incredibly unprofessional and downright fraudulent with their diagnosis submission for repair to my warranty company. It is nearly impossible to reach them on the phone, and once you have an appointment with them they did not answer any following calls where I wanted to give some additional request for the troubleshooting of the issue I had. The first appointment, the electrician submitted a diagnosis for running new wiring and electric panel to fix the loss of electric to two bedrooms in my house. My warranty company denied that due to it being a modification which is understandable. When my wife told me what the electrician diagnosed I was flabbergasted over the audacity of that repair. I made several unreturned phone calls trying to speak to someone about the diagnosis. I finally contacted my warranty company to request a recall and requested an appointment where I would be home. Amazingly the electrician never showed for the appointment and then submitted the same diagnosis again with my warranty company as if he had shown up for the appointment. I attempted to reach the electrician's office by phone call and I was never able to get ahold of them again. I eventually was able to get the warranty company to approve sending out another company where they were able to troubleshoot a broken wire and make a repair without doing anything that the West Sound Electric submitted as a diagnosis. Super unprofessional and fraudulent company. I would recommend calling someone else.
