This company has one of the most excellent, well educated and professional staff that i have had the pleasure of working with. Their products are of one of the highest qualities of manufacturing and installation that I've come across at competitive pricing hands down. You'd be a fool not to experience working with the owner Rick Weyand with his depth of regulatory knowledge in assisting you with documentation, contracts and design along with his office, CAD & installation technicians.

I would not recommend this company to anybody. Rick the owner was very unprofessional. We had used his company before with some difficulties with them following instructions and trying to over bill us, but we had worked it out and were still planning to use them again. So i sent them a PO to do some additional work at two different job sites. After a week of emailing and asking for an ETA they respond saying they are going sometime the following week. then this is the crazy thing, Rick calls my customer and proceeds to confirm they will go the following day. Rick gets frustrated bc he couldn't get a hold of my customer and then calls us and rants and raves that he spent 30 mins trying to confirm with my customers employees about a service trip they didn't know about. Rick then tells me he is going to bill us for this time. so when i confronted him about why he didn't just call us and set the ETA with us his customer, he proceeded to tell me how he doesn't go anywhere with out confirming. The man was delusional, bc I was his customer. Needless to say he didn't like me calling him out on it, and then proceed in on the most fowl language and cursing I've ever heard in a long time. I had to fire him. very rude and unprofessional.

When James Steinberger @ Complete Signs hired our company on the first job, the difficulties were that the sign they built and shipped to us for installation did not fit the concrete footer anchor bolts that their customer installed. So we were tasked with building a steel match plate to make their mismatched product fit the footer and we had to build a cladding cover to hide the plate from view. As far as the "overcharge" James was dissatisfied that we charged a one hour trip charge for driving to the job site a second time which was a half hour each way. And he complained about the costs of the match plate and just about everything else. In the end we agreed to not get paid for travel time and the match plate cladding cover On this second job, James hired us to replace some already failing components in the new sign that Complete Sign built and James had stated that they shipped all new parts to the store. Once we had the service call scheduled I called James to inform him we would be on site tomorrow and to confirm with him whom at the store had the parts, James was not in so I spoke to Justin W @ complete signs and Justin gave me a phone number to contact their customer to confirm who at site had the parts. Justin gave me the wrong number and I spent an hour figuring that out. We did get the correct number on our own and contacted the store and did find out exactly who had the parts. Then James called me in angry fit, talking to me like I'm 10 years old complaining because we contacted his customer. I told him that I contacted his company first and Justin W at his company gave me the number to call the customer. He continued to abuse me verbally on the phone for another 2 minutes and then I fired Complete Sign Co using adult language and told James we were canceling their PO#'s and not to call us anymore. Complete Sign Co, Dothan Al. Has been unorganized, inconsistent, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and complains when you charge them to fix their mistakes, James Steinberger has been verbally abusive to me and our AP staff and then writes a bad review to try and harm us. further. Customer service is paramount in any indusrty but this customer did need fired. Rick Weyand Owner
