  My wife & I required an Electrician to install exterior outlets, exterior lights and internal light fixtures in our home. We made several contacts with local Electricians and finally decided on Wheat Electric & Controls. Troy had come to our home and we explained our needs and he also offered alternatives that we incorporated and his bid was very competitive. Our decision was magnified with the very professional installation and workmanship of Troy & Jamie of the work they performed. If there is a better Electrical company in the Spring Branch area, it would be hard to believe. They are very polite and professional in their workmanship and even take precautions to protect our furniture and belongings when working. 5 stars is not enough of a rating for a company that we will recommend to our friends and neighbors and hopefully use in the future should the need arise

  We had a manual transfer switch installed in our garage for a portable generator. The work performed was clean and looks great! Troy and Jamie were prompt, clearly highly skilled, and professional, not to mention kind and efficient. I now have piece of mind that I can easily power needed items in my home without power feeding back into the line and hurting someone the next time we have a power outage. What a blessing! If you have a need for an electrician, Wheat Electric &Controls, LLC is your best choice.

  Wheat Electric/Ed responded to my residential need on Easter Sunday. We woke to having no water Easter Sunday morning. Checked well and pump wasn’t coming on. Called well company and they referred me to Wheat as it sounded like it might be a electrical issue and after Wheat arrived it was confirmed. Great service and very responsive on a holiday weekend. Truly grateful for Ed Wheat helping us out. I highly recommend Wheat Electric. Mike Colglazier
