  Guy ripped us off. Unhooked my electric to my pool pump switch then told me I needed to dig to find a ground wire that was NEVER there in the 13 years I've lived there. Then he wouldn't hook it back up, like it was, because he said it wasn't up to code. All the electric was ran, up to code, by a Hamilton County building inspector in 2009. That same inspector came out the next day and said Wheeler was wrong. It's hooked up to GFI (?) breakers and was up to code. Ground is not necessary. Wheeler charged my wife $125 to tap a couple screws on the box and unhook my electric. Would NOT put it back the way he found it. I asked for an invoice and never got one.
