  It was horrible!!! Do not rent from these people. They kicked me out after 18 months for no reason! I literally had a check in the mail to them for 4 months rent which was including 3 months pay for months I hadn't even lived yet as well as keeping my initial deposit when I from when I moved in.. They kept the check after they had kicked me out!!! What!?? Yes this happened! They left me without AC in my apartment for 9 months!!! The unit was gross they don't clean them after people move out. They harass u about paying rent constantly if u don't pay it by the 3rd.. the manager is the one tht does all this she gets jealous of tenants and lies saying the owner tells her to do the things she does I doubt he even knows.. seriously I don't bash people but this company is atrocious as a landlord!!!! I wouldn't recommend them to a dog!

  Really Ms. Karma Upshaw-- there must be more to the story. Why would a landlord evict a good, clean, paying tenant?

  Very Professional and Prompt to assist in any way possible. All electricians whether a master, journeyman, or apprentice are knowledgeable in their trade, communicate clearly, keep clean work areas, and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure the work they do is correct. The owner is on-site, at work, and happy to speak to customers when needed. They stand by their work and I sincerely appreciate that about this locally owned business.

  They did a great job installing our generator. They also perform our yearly maintenance on the generator. We never have to call, they just show up and do it. Very professional and friendly staff.
