The people are very nice but it isn't fair to new customers deposits be based on the previous customers usage. I also know it's also based on my credit score. Customers should be able to pay the deposit over time and not be forced to do the prepaid electric.

I have had White River Valley Electric for 6 years and have never had a problem. Any outages that have occured have been fixed very rapidly as possible.

I rather enjoy having the options that the prepaid electic gives.First or all you can aways come up with 25 bucks 2nd of all if you are doing good and have extra you can put it on your. As we know money is harder to come by in the winter so weliked to put extra on in summer .only system I know of that cosiders their customers needs
