  Their online booking via some 3rd party calendar app was inaccurate, so called to reschedule. No biggie. However, the phone rep was very rude and insisted, after indicating ChargePoint was on backorder, that the JuiceBox listed on XCel's program (40 amp, 240V, thus 9.6kw) provided as much power as Chargepoint 50 amp listed on Xcels program (48amp draw, 240V, thus 11.5 kw for most Teslas). When I suggested they did not provide the same rate of charge because JuiceBox did not max out the cars ability to use 48amp, she told me that I should install it myself and had a very bad tone. In short, calendar issues, backorder of charger, and very rude phone rep who provided bad info.
