  After charging me more than $180, they held on to my LG smartphone about a month because they claimed that they couldn't get the replacement glass. They told that if I pay $50 more, they can readily get the part. I got tired of waiting so I asked for my phone back and a refund. They charged me $25 for a restocking fee, a restocking fee for a part they could not produce. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  Strongly recommend against using this company, they are very dishonest. I gave them my phone to repair and they didn't have the parts and I went and got my phone back and they said they cant refund cash it will have to be with a check and it's now 3 months later and I haven't got anything from them. I called them between 6-8 times and re-visited 2-3 times and no one seems to care. it seems they think you will just give up so they can pocket the money instead of refunding it.
