  The staff is courteous but can be dismissive. The tax commissioner's office will send you to the tax assessor's office and then the tax assessor's office will send you back to the tax commissioner's office for the same thing that you were sent to the tax assessor's office for in the beginning and out of frustration, sometimes nothing gets resolved. But other than that, it's ok.
