  They were great in coming out in a pinch to address an urgent issue. Follow up was not so good. They agreed to install something for us but after at least 5 phone calls and over a week and a half of being put off in a variety of ways, I finally gave up and called another company. That left a bad taste in my mouth. I got the feeling we were “small” Potatoes to them. If you start a job, even a small one, finish it.

  Thome Electric came out to my house on short notice and fixed some electrical issues I was having (outdoor lighting not working and an outdoor outlet not working) in an hour and a half! I thought it was going to be a big job, but they were able to diagnose my problems quickly, problem solve, and fix them efficiently! Thanks so much guys!
