  If I could give no stars I would. We called them out because we didn't have power to our house. The owner came out and figured out what the problem was and told us what they would charge to fix it. Workers came out the next day and started working on it, I left the house because I had a baby and when I was leaving one of the workers mentioned it would be longer than expected due some unexpected things and they'd have to do more work. It was never mentioned that it would cost more, or anything like that. Then I get an email for $400 over what they told me, no one said anything about it costing more. Do yourself a favor and don't hire them, and if you do be ready to pay a lot more than what they quote and not be notified till the end.

  Sara, Thank you for informing us about your experience with our service. Williams Electric Co prides itself on the quality, integrity of work and always welcomes feedback from our customers. I can appreciate your disappointment over the final invoice. However, we stand by our work and invoice. You expressed this to us as an emergency and we got our crew there as soon as possible. The estimate you were given was for what could be seen. Since we do not have x-ray vision we could not see that the previous work done was not done correctly and missing underground pipe. The power failed to your home because the wiring from the pole to the home was severally damaged. It was damaged because it was not properly installed in an underground pipe. To do it properly we had to install the pipe. This was the extra cost. Our employee informed you of the additional issues before you left. The extra cost was explained in your invoice back in March. You have not said or reached out to us since the work was done until this review. We have tried over the past 5 months to contact you with no prevail. We have called you over eight times leaving a voicemail each time. We also have emailed and mailed letters to you to try and make contact. We even came by to discuss this and no one answered the door. You have chosen to ignore us until we presented litigation for non-payment. Sincerely, Clinton Sommerville Office Manager

  This company is the best, Im an Ex-employe from this company, unfortunately I had to move out of town this is the company that teached me almost everything I know, the employees are so profesional and responsible ( Arturo,scotty and Nathan) and the owner Bill williams which so far I have no words to describe him,he likes to do things right he is very responsible if he tells you he will be there, he will be there,friendly,humble, with a big heart,very smart I have not met any other contractor as smart as he is..I really appreciate what you all guys did for me thanks to God first and thanks to you all I became an electrician,I have you all guys in my heart and in my mind and wherever I go I bring with me all of the advice.   Williams Electric installed my outdoor porch lights. It was a complicated pattern and I needed sturdy wiring as my porch faces north west and the wind can be strong. I was super happy with the outcome and a year and a couple of storms later I'm happy to report everything held up. I highly recommend this company for excellent work.
