  Will came out a couple days ago to look at our electric panel and troubleshoot some outlets and lights that weren't working. He gave us excellent advice on what to do before making changes to our electric panel. And even though we spent a while moving our stuff around for him so he could keep troubleshooting and examining our outlets, it was well worth it. He found the lost neutral wire and replaced the outlet it had been connected to. With that one fix our lights and outlets were all back online! And everything is still working well so far : ) We're very happy with his work ethic and professionalism. We had no doubt that he knew what to look for and how to assess and fix the problems. He also ended up advising us on what to do about our faulty garage lights, which we hadn't included in our request but were very grateful he gave us his assessment and best advice. In total he worked about 1.5 hrs. The pricing he discussed and our charge for the outlet repair were all fair and very reasonable. We highly recommend giving him a chance and we are definitely looking at hiring him again in the near future!

  Had a circuit go out on a Saturday and found Will on Google. Was available to stop by and replace the blown circuit breaker. Thought I would have to wait til Monday ( because most of the businesses were closed) but was very happy when I called Will. He was on time and communicated with me on a timely basis. Also gave me some tips on preventing future issues and was very knowledgeable about the wiring on my mobile home. Would recommend Will to friends and neighbors. Thank you so much Will.
