Just wanted to share a great experience with Wilmington Air and Technician Michael. I called about a problem with a thermostat issue and they were able to immediately respond with a technician. Michael came out and was able to troubleshoot the issue and resolve it during his visit. Micheal was very professional, helpful and informative. We just started using Wilmington Air in 2021 and are very happy with our maintenance program. They've been out 2 times to perform regular maintenance. Each visit was professional and information as we asked questions. We are very satisfied and happy with our choice. This is a really good company and has very knowledgeable and professional technicians. We would definitely recommend them based on our own experience.

This company is great to deal with for your heating and cooling system. Very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that the 3 crews sent out to do my job had. Cleaned up and removed all material from the installation of my 2 units. Also removed all the material from my old units. No mess to be cleaned up afterwards. Took the time to explain the operation of the new unit and thermostat. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs air or heating equipment work. Big shout out to all the guys that did the work. I also want to give a shout out to Michael Parker the technician who came out to inspect my units the day before. He took the time out to explain in detail what was going on and what I needed to do to fix the problem. He took extra time to look up and explain/recommend the different types of units to purchase. Thanks for your help again. Becky gets a thumbs đź‘Ť also for helping with the financial portion of the process.

We are new to the area and needed a reliable Heating and Air company. Wilmington Air was highly recommended and I definitely see why! Braden was excellent with the install of our new HVAC system. Cody was very informative when he came out to give us a quote and decide which system would best meet are needs. And the Ladies in the office were very helpful and polite. We will definitely be using Wilmington Air for all our heating and cooling needs!
