  I would have given 5 stars due to knowledge, politeness, and availability of products but due to unknown return policy that if your return is over 150.00 and you pay cash don't expect to get your money back no you have to wait for them to send you a check which I was told could be 2-3 weeks. Well my policy is that when someone tells you the check is in the mail don't get your hopes up I didn't get the option to have 2-3 weeks to pay with cash. If this is the stores policy it should be written on the invoice like all there other return policy's are or hanging in plain sight of the customer counter as there is neither. I say that if companies want to be paid at time of services than when you have a return you should receive the same no matter how you pay I can see if I had wrote a check to have to wait but as it was cash I feel I should not have to wait. awesome place but messed up policy's come on guys fix this other than that I will boycott win's and invite all my personal friends and social media friends due the same

  Hello, I am sorry for your inconvenience our policy on check payment is a 10 day wait. Cash payments would be refunded immediately if cash were available. Unfortunately, your payment had already gone to the bank, therefore a check was issued same day of return. Thanks and again sorry for the inconvenience.

  I have bought a lot of tools and other supplies from Wins the past few years, but I will not be anymore. I went there today looking for a tool that I’ve seen there before, but the employee was very rude. When I asked him about the tool he completely ignored me and picked up the phone and started talking.
