I pre-ordered a new 2021 raptor with Caleb back in June, he was super helpful and walking me through the process of ordering the exact truck that I wanted. This was my first brand new vehicle I was purchasing, when my truck arrived from the factory he surprised me with pics of my truck sitting on the lot the morning it showed up. I got to the dealership, signed all of the paperwork to get the truck of my dreams, and even got a better interest rate on my loan through the dealership with the help of their head of finance, Tee. Overall it was an excellent experience for the truck I've always wanted

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. But Winner Ford and Sean set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out Sean was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. I walked out happy with my vehicle and I appreciate the great customer service.
