The Wired technician, Clint, performed every task today in a professional manner in less than 45 minutes. The entire time he maintained an informative conversation with me and provided impressive product knowledge while completing a Generac installation that 2 previous electrical contractors could not. In my experience customers rarely receive the kind of service excellence provided by this outstanding service technician. Clint also provided his personal phone contact details in case an issue arose that he did not cover during the orientation he provided. Clint's professionalism exceeded my expectations.

Inspection has not passed from a project installing the manual transfer switch for the generator the inspection for this install failed and the permit has remained open since July 2021 all calls have gone unanswered from this company. We had the manual transfer switch installed for emergency generator capabilities and when the inspector came out to close the permit they found that there is not disconnect on the building side of the meter. This is a code violation. In order to fix this issue, the city of Houston is looking for “existing and new 1 line drawings” of the electrical in the facility. This has not been supplied as of today 4/8. I am reaching out to other contractors to have this resolved.

Customer service was very poor. I spoke to DUANE who says he's the "manager" was condescending & unprofessional & hung up the phone on me. I have never experienced a total lack of respect like this. We recently purchased a home with a generator & called Wired to come service it since we have no experience with generators. The tech who came out was timely & courteous but when we asked about a gas meter to run the generator he didn't know & said to call his manager for more info so I did. The manager said to call Centerpoint to install the meter then call him back, so I did. When I called the manager back to request follow up service (as he directed me to do), he said I had to pay the full fee again & when I questioned the fee he became argumentative and extremely rude. Will NEVER use this company again. BEWARE!

Hello Mr. Diaz, I want to apologize for your experience with our company. our Manager provided you with detailed instructions to contact CenterPoint for the install of the gas meter. Also, explained we would be charging our service fee to come out to service the generator. The only noted issue was when our service fee was mentioned. Mr. Diaz we strive to provide the best customer service support with offering a 24/7 call line. However, we do not tolerate profanity and being spoken to out of name.
