  Mike came in at 7:30 am promptly after being called the night before. He restored power, knew exactly what the issues were, explained everything to me. He was professional, polite and efficient. I will use him again.

  This guy (Mick) is an absolute joke. Had him come to our house in Westchester to perform some simple work related to a renovation. Installing plugs and recessed lights. He came on a Monday. Told us he would send us the proposal (which we needed for the permit to begin any work) by Friday. We waited all week holding up work. Friday comes and nothing. A dozen texts and calls from both me and my contractor - still nothing. It’s now the next Tuesday and we are frantically searching for a new electrician. This guy is not only an unprofessional joke, he held up (and continues to hold up) our project from even beginning. You’d be better off teaching yourself how to do electronics and getting licensed by the state of NY. At least you’d have a shot of accomplishing that before this guy ever calls you back.

  There is no Mick at this company. I see you have a lot of reviews all around NYC. Looks like you are reviewing the wrong company. I also wonder why it was so hard for you to find a contractor. Sounds like someone came to your house for free to take a look. Considering you didn't pay for a service, I think it's impressive to have someone show up and not be paid. I am just a marketing rep but I was surprised to see this. I think it is completely false.

  They never call you back!! Left about 3 messages on 3 different days, to no avail. If you need an electrician in the putnam,dutchess area, go with B.Dyson electric!!! They called me back the same day!!!

  Google had a listing for the company with an old phone number and an old address and we weren't aware of that
