  This is the best service I have received and they are trying hard to resolve my problem. The job is just starting so I can't rate the service done but like the honesty as to why so much needs to be done to bring my home electrically up to date. The service people have been very pleasant to work with, answer questions and not apply pressure but give the facts and let me decide myself. This leads to trust so I will go with them to get the work done and they will do it in a timely manner. The job was finished to my satisfaction and I feel it will pass inspection. I feel safer in my home and as a Senior that is important. I will check with them first before calling other companies as I trust them. The service men were polite and didn't waste time. They answered all questions.

  I had an electric heater installed in my garage at my home. I purchased the heater and all the material to do the job myself. Due to health reasons I was not able to climb in the attic and run the wire to the panel. A master electrician, Paul and his apprentice, I think his name was Daniel showed up. They were very polite and knowledgeable. I explained how I was going to do it but if he knows a better way go ahead. He gave me a reasonable estimate and I gave them the ok. They did a professional job and it came out perfect. I have 2 friends that want the same set up that I have and I will definitely recommend Wire Nut.

  The technician that came to my house was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Came in worked in a timely manner along with letting me know exactly what else their company offers and different services that could help me keep my system working more efficiently and have longevity but he wasn’t pushy about the services or trying to make me buy it on the spot. He only let me know what they offer and how it could help me in the long run. Overall great experience with wire nut company.
