  Mr. John Iles is knowledgeable and considerate. He did a thorough inspection and gave me different options to choose from. He clearly cares about his customers and is equipped with the knowledge to serve us. Great job!

  Overpriced. $900 and they didn’t even fix the problem. They told me everything I already knew and told them going in. After two visits a month apart my dad and I finally fixed it ourselves in about an hour. This company is a joke. Then when we disputed the charge they just repeated some bogus explanation. The electrician himself was polite but told me he got his certification in an online course. I have more experience than that just through my job. Highly recommend choosing ANYONE else.

  I had an outlet and a ceiling in the same room that was not working. I called WireOne and John Iles came out the very next day. From the get go he was very professional, helpful, and helped put my mind at ease about the whole process. He answered all of our questions and gave us the information we needed to make the best decision for us. I would highly recommend anyone needing an electrician to call up WireOne and request John Iles!
