  I've had good and bad experiences with the place. The good is:. Their technicians, their ability and willingness to return calls. What sucks?calling them is hot or miss. And while the online chat thing might be okay for basic stuff, when you have to transfer the device to another vehicle, etc, it gets very troublesome .
