  A horrible CO-OP and website that will not accept changes to auto-billing. Monthly billing can range from 27 days to 33 days; I can understand a day or two, but seven, they drive around and no longer have to do a manual meter read. Power goes out almost every other day, and simply horrible customer service

  I frankly don't understand all the negative reviews. They must live in a different area. West Pasco Hudson area is tremendous. Very responsive. Woke up during the night and heard an odd buzzing noise. Called WREC and a truck was here in about 15 minutes. They checked out our property and found a cable that had been clipped and was too close to surface of the lawn. In 20 minutes they had a floodlight truck here and replaced the cable and buried it deeper. Told it was a good thing I had woke up as it could have started a fire or if I had stepped onto the lawn in that area I could have been electrocuted. Even during Hurricane Irma we had our power restored in about 8 hours. We have been extremely pleased with customer service at every turn!

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. The WORST electric company there is. They ask for random deposits worth hundreds of dollars if you are ever late. Have no sympathy or respect for people. Customer service is a joke. If your power ever goes out for a storm or any random reason don't expect them to care! They will say they are on there way. Then you can call 2 hours later and say they never got a notice to go (I lost all my food that day). I can't say enough bad things about the people that work here and the company as a whole.
