  Made 3 calls this weekend and each time the WREC customer service and emergency line were on point and arrived within 45min to an hour. They worked with our time frame and electrician to be sure we were safe, had power, and were very customer service oriented.

  I could afford $150 more of rent or mortgage buying power if I still had them for electric instead of TECO. Best electric company with most honest prices in Florida. I'm spending $150 a month more at my new place that has teco lines for electricity and its a smaller property!! If you have a choice between a house with Withlacoochee and anyone else definitely buy the withlacoochee house as the deciding factor if your having trouble deciding. You'll save an insane amount of money over TECO.

  Had in-ground power line cut by contractor installing new drain field . Crew came out immediately and assessed the problem and restored power very quickly. Pat Darby and team were very prompt and professional. Thanks, WREC.
