  Went in a few weeks ago after wanting to for a long time. I was very let down. I was looking at lighting for my living room. I had interest in a light but was told by the woman working there that the price was wrong and it is actually more than what the tag showed. I thought it was crazy she would not honor the price that was shown on the tag. I then heard her complaining about management and other personal issues. She seemed very unprofessional. I tried to support local business but I will not be coming back here.

  I walked in. Four people working. No one even asked if I needed help. I was willing to buy lighting today. Too bad for them. Sale missed

  Was in there on a Saturday looking for some outdoor lighting. I pretty much knew what I was interested in from looking at their website. I saw them on display there and told the guy there that I wanted them. He said that he needed to check to see if the manufacturer had them since they obviously don't have a warehouse of their own where they stock anything. He came back and said that he couldn't see the stock of the lights I wanted but the proceed to show me a catalog with different lights and said that he could get those ones but I would have to pay a restocking fee if I didn't like them. I asked when he would know about the stock on the original lights I wanted. He said Monday or Tuesday. I gave him my number and email and said to contact me when he knew something. Never heard back from him. I was able to go to the manufacturers web site and order them directly from them at a lower cost and free 2 day shipping. The guy at the store told me that it would be at least 2 weeks to get whatever I ordered from him.
