  I have had two experiences with the service department and both were entirely positive. I had a very old lamp repaired, and I was concerned as it was fragile and special to me. The second piece was a lighted make up mirror that was over 15 years old and needed a new interior socket and bulb, and a new cord. The repairs on both pieces were done promptly, everything requested was done exactly as discussed, the pieces looked beautiful and the price was more than reasonable. Excellent service.

  Save yourself the gas. I asked if they had other lights that weren't on display. As the sales lady said to me when I showed up to look around 'just look on our website'.
