  54-panel solar install, including additional sub-panel. Completed most of the work in originally estimated 3-days and one extra day was needed to wrap up project due to factors beyond their control. (Special thanks to Paul and Bernie as project managers for keeping things on track and keeping me up to date). Very clean and professional work. All installers were extremely courteous. Extra attention and time was paid to make sure things came out right and that things weren't just slapped in as fast as possible. (Special thanks to all the installers, spec. Sam and Andy who were always checking with me on little things to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted). They answered every question I had immediately and/or got back to me within 24 hours. I had contacted half a dozen other places and they also had the best prices by far. (Greg was the salesman I worked with and he was excellent too). Can't say enough good things about these guys. If you need to do solar I would highly recommend them.

  Wolf River did a great Job. I am very happy with their Solar panel installation service. Fantastic quoting process, and very communication to get my services. However once we had the contract in place to start the project there were a few things that made me give them 4 stars and not 5. 1. They offered me $100 to give them a 5 star rating. I find this very unprofessional. Makes me question if all the 5 star reviewer truly are 5 stars, or bribed 5 stars. Fix: Offer $100 for an honest review, after asking for improvements 2. I had to contact them to have them pick up the Garbage they left after installation. Fix: Make sure Garbage is picked up within 1-2 days after installation is complete 3. Communication- I had to prompt the project manager a few times to see about the status and what was going to happen a. When our installation was to be scheduled, b. when people were coming out for inspections c. when people were coming to fix something on the inspection d. What to expect after installation, what inspections were coming, and if I needed to be there or not/ what else needed to be done before powering on panels Fix: Overcommunication is KEY for quality service; email updated of stage of process and what is coming next (doesn't always need to included dates) Overall It was very good service; and happy with the decision to use Wolf River Electric Company and if I were to do this again I would go with Wolf River again.

  I got a referral for Wolf River, and have been very pleased with the communication, responsiveness, and timeliness of requests for the installation of my solar installation on my office building in Mankato, Minnesota. I had never used them, but would certainly use them again - and in fact - am doing my home with them in 2022. Everyone has been polite, and hard working and provided what they promised. When there was a glitch here or there, they responsibly took ownership and solved the issue promptly. I find real value in a company that does what they say and admits the facts and reality and works with the customer on the truth. Wolf River gets it done - 5 stars.
