  Scheduled an appointment for in home service and they never showed. I called and guy told me he forgot! Wow…strange way to run a business.

  Built a house with Celebrity and moved in about 6 months ago. Wolfe Electric is the electric company that is provided. I have a breaker that went bad in my computer room(for work) and in my baby room which both probably only have 3 things plugged into the outlets. I filled out a claim through celebrity and received a prompt email from Celebrity that they sent the claim to Wolfe. A day goes by and no contact, I call the number on the claim form and am told that someone else deals with that and says they will call me. Another day goes by and I receive a call towards the end of the day to make an appointment. Appointment was set for anytime before noon the next day(I understand that). The day of the appointment I take off of work until noon to be home, NOBODY SHOWS UP!! I don’t even get a courtesy call stating they couldn’t make it or to reschedule. After the noon hour, I then try to call and nobody answers.

  We used Wolfe Electric for some work in our home and Anthony did an amazing job! He was so easy to work with and he got the job done! We appreciated his hard work and easy-going personality.
