  I have never dealt with a better electric company than this one. I have had a lot of electric company’s but never one that took care of business like this one does. I called one day to make an appointment and the lady said oh I have a man in the area and he can be there in about 45 minutes and he actually got there and did what I needed. Never in my life has that ever happened. When you call they just take care of your needs. I can’t give them a better rating or I would. Now being 75 that should tell you a lot. Thanks Wood County Electric Cooperation. Ken

  A good company. They get the job done as soon as possible. Have always been pleasant and helpful. We did have an issue last year, while trimming the area close to the pine trees.. they just got close to the fence with the "weed eat" mower, and mowed down some 3 foot tall bushes that we BOUGHT.!!! They said they were concerned about them getting in the way... but they left some actual trees, that could get in the way. Maybe they should talk to the owner first... before they "weed eat" ESPECIALLY when using a tractor!!!

  Scam County Electric, notice all the reviews and how they have a monopoly they can do what they want. I asked for a breakdown of each costs on the bill. How is it a $30 for a connection fee when all you do is change a name on the account? PCRF Charge? Monthly base charge? Guess I'm a subscriber to a monopoly.
