  Our Generac generator failed to start for it's weekly test run on a bitter cold day. The red light was on meaning it would not automatically start in case of a power failure. I called Woodhill and they had someone here within 24 hours and got it running immediately. The technician was very polite and helpful

  I bought a Generac emergency generator in early fall. It wasn’t connected until mid-May. The first time I lost power (Yesterday, June 4), it ran for 20 minutes, then quit. I was told someone was on the way to see what went wrong and would arrive in the afternoon. No one came, and no one called to say they weren’t coming. I give them one star because, when they did show up, they were friendly and courteous.

  Don't waste your time. Called and clearly explained that I wanted them to rough-in the electric to a bathroom remodel. Waited 2 weeks, someone looked at it for 5 minutes, and the next day they said they declined the job because they can't rough-in wiring without doing the finish wiring as well. Not sure why that couldn't have been said upfront.
