  Woodside has been awesome to work with. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and heard nothing but horror stories about housing developers. My experience with Woodside has been the exact opposite. My Point of Sale (Quintin) was very helpful and responsive. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying my home or purchasing upgrades, but was rather given all my options and information up front and left to make the decisions for myself. The construction process went smoothly and we were very happy with the results. We found a couple minor discrepancies in our initial walk through and they were both fixed to our expectations prior to move-in without any hassle. Post-build support is what impressed me the most. We were contacted about every quarter asking if we had any issues with the house. In the first year we had a couple issues with cracked concrete and Woodside came out and fixed them.

  Woodside clearly stands behind their homes and their warranty team and Johnny is carrying this company on his back. Closed before schedule, a lot of minor items missed during construction such as nicks and holes in drywall, sloppy paint, electrical issues, etc. Their warranty program saves them and Johnny is the best among the handymen I have worked with, he makes this a 5-star review.

  Every experience we have had with Woodside Homes has been great. Our new home is beautiful and we love everything about it. We had a couple of small issues that are normal with a new build and when we brought them up they were fixed right away. After that we have never had any issues and we love our home. Woodside Homes has great customer service and builds amazing beautiful homes, would love to work with them again if we ever build again.
