When I moved 6 years ago the only option I had for electric was Wright-Hennepin. I had never heard of them before and was really surprised at their customer service, not only when setting up the account but everything else since then. ( I also have their home repair plan). For many years, I was with another large company and hated the many prompts and long hold times to reach a live person. So nice to have a company that actually answers the phone and AND calls you back. It has also been easy to schedule a home service repair appointment and I was happy with the work. Kudos too to Holly who has been really awesome to work with. Pleased with Wright-Hennepin!

I was notified recently with a phone call that my power usage had gone up significantly. The person who called was helpful in giving suggestions as to what the problem might be. We also set up an appointment with Grant who was going to come out to help sort out the reason. Fortunately I was able to figure out what the problem was several days before my bill came which would have given me great reason to wonder. Thankyou Carol for your watchful eye and willingness to call. Thankyou Grant for your advice over the phone it was very helpful.

I was very happy with the customer service and their attention to detail. Carol informing me on upcoming rebates and let me know about the inventory that was in stock. It was a seamless and enjoyable process working with Wright Hennepin electric.
