  I’ve never disliked a company as much as this one! I was on my own raising my special needs son and they never worked with me at all. They turned my electric off often even after I payed a 500$ deposit Now I have moved an they are a big part of me moving I can’t even get my Complete deposit back as they believe new tenants could use my electric then charge me for two weeks an take it out my deposit Unbelievable!!

  While I understand the good suffers for the bad, what does loyalty mean? I had service for 12 years, minus the months it was suspended during Katrina. Since when your payment history from 2003 to 2015 isn't relevant? Anything to collect a deposit. So on that note, take this fabulous 1 since my previous payment history is irrelevant.
