Very flexible and understanding when it comes to finding the right contractor to work for. They offer great benefits , PTO and training reimbursement. I would highly recommend x3 to anyone in the trade business. They do their best to make sure employees are happy where they are at. Great company and awesome staff!

I've had a great experience with X3. I've been there for 3 years and have really enjoyed my time there. The pay is great and the benefits are excellent! I would recommend them to anyone wishing to have a better way of life. The people in the office are great and are keeping you, as an employee, as a valuable asset and not just an employee i.d #. Thanx to X3 for all you do.
