  I was hung up on for the 3rd time when I tried to call about fixing my road they destroyed.......... they have pretty much told me they are not going to fix it ..........I am setting up a go fund me unagaisnt corporate America it will be put in to a trust that will pay the land owners annually to not allow access to excel energy...... I have receipts on auto repair and damages to our vehicles along with a documentary of all the damage along with the phone calls that were made to excel energy for the last time stay off of private road 2450 !!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a private road !!!!!!!!!!

  My service technician had to come out due to my electric line arching in some trees. he came out at about 1:30 in the morning trimmed some branches away from our power line just to hold us over till this morning. just to go home get a few hours of sleep and come back. before he left he gave me a call to let me know he was about to leave and about when he was going to get there. When he got here he replaced the power line to the back of the house and changed some connections on the pole to save from future headaches down the road.....thank you David from Xcel energy for your exceptional work and one of the best people to come out on a service call..... He went out of his way to wish me a happy father's day when he didn't have to.....Xcel energy needs to recognize this man for the exceptional work and customer service he provides.....David from Xcel energy thank you for restoring my faith in good people
