  When having opened my door to see a random man lerking around the outside of my family's house then come up to me basically not being upfront with me about what he needed to do and that it was a HAVE TO thing, in my confusion I assumed he was trying to sell me something so I said "no!" Twice. Then rather than being upfront and clear with me after I tried getting someone else to help understand what he was saying, but before I could he threatens to call the police. All this man had to say was "I'm here to replace something and it's something that HAS TO be done and is for no cost" it would've been a smoother transition than making threats. Very VERY pour customer service in my opinion!
