  Jim Exum is everything you need and want in a home handyman. He answers the phone, communicates well—clearly setting expectations. More importantly, he shows up when he says he will, does a great job, keeping the worksite clean, and charges a fair price for the work performed. Jim swapped out an over the stove microwave for me. He vented the new microwave to the outside. This involved some siding work, adjusting for the specs of the new microwave, and all the small steps in between. The work was performed in less than 9 calendar days from when I first called XMS Services. Jim left the worksite very clean, and hauled away the old appliance and all the packaging for the new one. I couldn’t be happier with the work. If you need some home repairs, give XMS Services a call!

  Have had them to the house twice now. Both times they have done an excellent job. Most recent time I had a sliding patio door installed and Jim went above and beyond expectations and the door and framework look fantastic.

  Work performed was sloppy. Does not seem to take pride in work. Trim around door was not caulked after being replaced. Complained of having to return after job not being completed on the first trip that he would have to charge me extra for him to come back out. Unethical and shady business practices. Would not recommend.
