Terrible customer service! Nobody ever answers the phone, can't get a technician to come out to get our internet working! We only had internet 6 days out of 45!

I will not deal with this company's salesman anymore!! This is my situation with this company's salesnsan, Sonny B. Twice he sold us a bill a services to that were not thoroughly true. Two years ago he showed up at our residence in Merritt, Mich. He told us he could save us money on our satillite services. We wanted Dish at that location and at our Upper Peninsula home. We ended up with Direct TV in Merritt instead of Dish. Our internet went from Hughes Net to Exceed, which he said would be bettsr and cheaper, that was not true. It cost us more and lesser service. He did not return phone calls when I called then. Now about two years later, Sonny shows up again. I told him how dissatisfied we we were with what he sold us. This time he finally got Dish in Merrittt as we wanted the first time, then he sold us back to Hughes Net and said it would be better and cheaper than Exceed. He said he would call Exceed and cancel our service with Exceed and have them send us a box to send their equipment back. After two weeks we still did not receive the box. I called and got a recorinre that he would return calls within 24 hours, again that did nin happen. Since then we were billed for both Exceed and Hughes Net. So I called Exceed today and found out he did not call them to terminate our service or have them send s box fir their equipment. I also found out that my contact with Exceed was not over till next month, which he told us it was expired. So I am paying for Exceed till Aug 8th, because they will not refund my money since it was disconnectef the last week in June and Hughes Net. I am thoroughly pissed. Again I left him a message, which I know he will not call back. When I complained to Exceed, they said salesman like him we're independent from them and were not responsible for what he said he would do. He gets a commission for what services he sells. I will not do business with him again. I will deal directly through the provider.

Terrible. Hours said they were open but when we got there everything was locked up and UPS had tried to make a deliver but had to leave a tag on the door
