I put 6 lights on order on a Wednesday, was told that the one that was time sensitive would be there by Friday, and the rest would be there the following week. They did not call me, I had to call them to find out that it was not going to be there until the following Friday. They did not call me AGAIN, so I had to call them AGAIN to find out that it was not going to be there until the NEXT Friday. So I called the next Friday (because they never call me back), and was told they never even had it and would need to order it from the factory, at which point I told them to cancel the one, and told them that I would like to pick up the remaining 5, at which point she told me they only had one there, two would be there on Monday, and the other two on the following Friday. Two more came in that Monday, and only one on Friday. She told me she would call when the last one got in, so guess what, I waited another week, had to call them because they have not once called me, and still have not heard back. Literally one month has gone by, I have had to go there 3 separate times since my purchase to pick up lights that they said would all be there within a week, and I still don't have everything I ordered, so I am cancelling the last one today. After one month, I received 4 out of 6 lights ordered. I chose Yale because they have a beautiful selection, but if I had gotten all of these somewhere else, this whole project would have been done 4 weeks ago. They do not deliver as promised, and you will have to call them regularly because they will never call you (even if they know you are waiting for it and tell you they would call you). UPDATE: I have to call back again today, because they still have not refunded my card as they said they would do last week. I hope this is the last time I have to ask.

I worked with Joan at Yale electric and was very satisfied. She took my order and followed up on my items. She was very pleasant when I changed some items and did so very quickly and pleasantly.

I've been going here since it was West Chester Electric it's now yellow Electric that's a great place. JC's been working the front desk with 20 years friendly guy help you out with anything. October 1st 2018 they are moving there going to be over by Ces Electric
