Mike was great! I had a situation with a previous electrician that did a lousy job and an incomplete job and Mike did not hesitate to listen to what my problem was and to help me fix it as soon as possible for the safety of me and my family.I would recommend him to anyone. His rates are great his customer service was great and I will use him again if I need him

Mike at Young Electric is fantastic. The very first compliment I can give is that he is responsive. He always either answered when I called or quickly returned my messages. That is so important in any service business. I also appreciated that Mike talked through different ways to approach the job that would be high quality but also cost effective. He installed ceiling speakers into my home theater and cleanly ran all of the wires in a very tricky room. There's no way I could have figured that out myself and it was such a relief to get it done and look so clean and professional. My wife was really nervous about the speakers and wire needing a lot of holes that would extensive patching and she and I were both so thrilled to see when the job was done that there was almost no patching needed. We only had minimal spackle and sanding which was nothing short of a miracle given the space and constraints. I highly recommend Young Electric and Audio - Mike clearly has the years of experience to do the highest quality of work and he does it at very fair prices.

Called initially to schedule estimate for service upgrade. Was told i didn't need to me there being that the meter was outside. Day of scheduled estimate the Electrician then told me he didn't want to go look at it because I wasn't there. If I needed to be there I would have been there, but I was told I wasn't needed. Rescheduled for next day and gave second chance because of the positive reviews on Google. He told me he would be there that morning. I called in the afternoon and he said he still wasn't there but promised he would go later that night. I didn't get a phone call that night or the next day. Told the electrician it was a time sensitive from the start, but he chose to delay several days, putting us into the weekend, and it ended up putting us 5 days behind schedule. He told me he thought it might have been a 120 amp service from looking at it, but it turned out to be 200 amps so mostly likely he never even showed up once because it was pretty obvious being that the conduit was around 2" wide and the meter said cl200 on it.

If you want to give a review it should be an honest one. I did go out to the home and tried to look at the meter panel on Thursday morning, I found it in the back yard just the other side of the fence, the gate had cinder blocks stretched along the bottom causing me the think there might be dogs. I called and left a message to let you know, you called back that afternoon and said you had told them I was coming and should had told me, so we planned to go back the next day. You called me on Friday asking if I had been by and I said I would later after I finish my scheduled work. I did go by and look at it that afternoon and wanted to get some pricing and a plan put together for when I called you back. I guess your time sensitive project will be on hold waiting for another electrician. This is my second response. Since you changed your review after my response, I thought I would add that you contacted me on 8/11, so I went to the the property on 8/12 in the morning and the afternoon on 8/13. I don't care for the way you change your review to make me look bad. If you have a problem call me.
