  Amazing company, customer service is great, Aj has been so helpful and promptly responds to me. She does everything she can to resolve our issues. We have been working with the company for a little under a year and have had so many service calls that were done fast and efficiently. When there are any issues we know who to call ! They are not afraid to take on big jobs, as we are a printing company that has no machinery that takes a 120V.

  Young’s Electric provided outstanding service for my daughter’s home twice now. From the initial call, AJ was professional and friendly and was able to schedule someone the same day. The second visit, I even called at noon on a Friday and Tyler, one of the owners, answered the call and he sent a tech out, who was professional, courteous, and efficient. I called to pay and Stephanie took my payment and was very friendly. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service all around!

  From the first call with Aj taking all of the information to the Payment by Stephanie was flawless even though they were very busy Aj was able to get my info and explain the process to me she also stated they were scheduling out about a week but would do what she could to squeeze us in as we were leaving town. She called back a couple days later and got us in. The techs Rob and his helper did an awesome job. Very efficient and knowledgeable. We are definitely using them again and have referred them to any and all who ask.
