  We had a great experience with Michael. He was very professional and thorough in his diagnosis of our battery issues. I loved how he explained everything he was doing and educated me along the way. After his first visit, he went out of his way in days to follow to make sure our issues were dealt with, and that we felt comfortable with his work. Thanks Michael!

  We had a problem with our 12 volt system in our RV. We called and Mike rearranged his schedule to take care of our problem. He did a thorough diagnostic check before he narrowed it down to a problem with the convertor. He had one with him so replaced our old one with one of better quality. We were extremely pleased with his prompt service and his knowledge. He is very friendly and attentive. We would definitely recommend him .
