  Called in the a.m. to have someone come and check my smoke detectors bcause they were beeping. That afternoon around 2:30 the service person came, walked in and went to my hallway and said it was carbon monoxide detector and that it was at end of life and I needed a new one. It didn't even take two minutes. We talked for a minute about smoke detectors and I said I was replacing mine as they went bad and he "volunteered" to do one as long as he was there. It was working fine but he volunteered so "why not." Imagine my surprise when I received an invoice for over $200 for the call. I never expected the call to be free but...........Lesson learned.

  Rosie, we apologize for your experience. With this request for urgent service same day (called at 12:04pm, on site at 2:29pm) due to the beeping affecting animals and concern over the system failing, like all other calls, we do charge a minimum service-- and that is the case here too. Again, we apologize the solution was quick but rest assured the problem is solved.

  We were in a real pinch and needed electric work before we moved in- Ted helped us out with our short schedule, worked with our utility, and did it all at a very fair price. Highly recommended!
