Not good. Tried to contact through their website and sent text. No response. Was told later most electricians don't respond unless you have a bigger job. I just had a couple issues in a single family home to look at. Larkin should make it clear on their site they don't mess with small potatoes. I went with Gunnar Electric, they are wonderful!
