  Chris was awesome! Fixed the AC quick as hell. Every question I asked was answered without hesitation. Explained the issue, showed me the part, and fixed it! Definitely worth every penny spent when the unit was installed 4 years ago! They stood behind my 10 year parts labor and service warranty without hesitation!! Thanks Guys!!

  Our service man was excellent, however the front desk staff was incredibly misleading. I knew my issue and ask for an estimate for that particular problem. All she would give me was a service call price. So I would have had to pay $120 for someone to come out and confirm what I already knew and answer the question I asked over the phone. Fortunately the service man understood how wrong that was, and worked with us on the prices. So my problem was confirmed and he was able to walk me through everything from this point forward. Excellent customer service on his part, and he was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I would give 5 stars if not for the shadiness of the front desk staff.
